Michelle Maros has built her life and career around one guiding principle: turning life’s uncertainties into opportunities for growth, mindfulness, and connection. A mindfulness coach, self-love advocate, author, and co-founder of the non-profit Peaceful Mind Peaceful Life, Michelle has touched thousands of lives through her workshops, online communities, and her podcast Life Happens with Barb & Michelle, which she co-hosts with her mother, Barb.
